Fundamentals Course

If you have never pole danced before, we run 6 week long Fundamentels courses to kick-start your pole journey! Everybody is welcome and encouraged to give pole a go regardless of previous fitness experience, size, age or gender identity. In the Fundamentals course we teach you all the basics of pole (grips, spins, tricks, climbs and lifts), so that you are ready to continue with further levels of pole and the full range of various classes available!

Improvers

Pre-requisite: Fundamentals

Now things get really exciting! Improvers is the pole fitness class that follows Fundamentals. You will be in this class up until reaching Intermediate level. You will be learning more complex spins, climbs and lifts as well as working on your inverts (going upside down) and basic inverted positions! You may also attend Mixed Abilities alongside this class.

Improvers Level Up

Pre-requisite: Fundamentals

This Improvers class focuses predominantly on mastering the moves required to be able to join Intermediate level classes. You will be mainly working on your technique and strength in core Improvers moves. This class is an excellent option for anyone wishing to improve their execution and level up to Intermediates!

Core Intermediate

Pre-requisite class: Improvers (Level Up)
Pre-requisite moves: confident spins, invert, crucifix, inside & outside leg hangs, layback, butterfly

This class focuses on all the staple 'non-negiotable' Intermediate moves which are essential to progressing to an Advanced level in pole. 


 

Mixed Intermediate

Pre-requisite class: Improvers (Level Up)
Pre-requisite moves: confident spins, invert, crucifix, inside & outside leg hangs, layback, butterfly

This class caters to Intermediate students across the board. You will be learning core moves as well as an array of beautiful intermediate level tricks, combos, flows and floorwork to increase your pole vocabulary!

Mixed Abilities

Pre-requisite: Fundamentals

This class caters to students of all levels, from early Improvers all the way to Advanced. It is packed with material that can be scaled up or down depending on ability. It's a fantastic opportunity to expand your pole vocabulary with stunning variations of known and new moves as well as meet students of all levels.

Intro to Heels

Pre-requisite: Fundamentals 

If you've ever admired the beauty of sensual movement and have been eyeing up a pair of platform heels for a while - this is the class for you! In this class you will learn a full routine over the course of the month, therefore it is best to join at the beginning of the month and attend throughout.

Intermediate Heels Choreo

Pre-requisite: Intro to Heels

Have you been loving your Intro to Heels classes and feel like you're ready for more challenging routines? This is the class for you! Much like Intro to Heels, you will be learning a routine throughout the month, so make sure you grab a space at the beginning of the month and attend weekly.

Russian Heels Choreo

Pre-requisite: Intro to Heels

This class is inspired by the combination of the very popular Russian Flow and Russian Hard styles which are known for their technicality and sass. Come learn a super fun and edgy routine taught over the course of a month. 

Badass Ballerina

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

This class focuses on core & lower body conditioning and perfecting lines & pointes through a series of ballet exercises designed to make you a more technical and clean dancer. You will also learn pirouettes, various turns, dance tricks and to finish it off - a mini routine at the end of class.

Intro to Flex

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

Intro to Flex is a full body stretch class designed to introduce you to the benefits of mobility work and flexibility. Besides reducing muscle tightness and increasing your range of motion, this class will also help improve your lines, extensions and overall aesthetic of your pole work.

Learn to Handstand

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

Handstands are an important aspect of pole and dance which people often struggle with. For this reason we have dedicated handstands classes where you will go through a series of conditioning exercises and drills catering towards achieving your handstand. Additionally to that this class is a fantastic upper body and core toner!

Stretching For Splits

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

A full hour dedicated flexibility class catering towards achieving both your front and box splits. If you prefer a more focused mobility class and are eager to get your splits - this is the class for you!

Power Hour!

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

An all over strength and conditioning class designed to improve strength throughout the whole body with an emphasise on exercises that will help you become a stronger pole dancer!

Back Bends

Pre-requisite: None (possible to join during Fundamentals)

A full hour dedicated flexibility class catering towards improving your hip, shoulder and spinal mobility. If you prefer a more focused mobility class and are eager to improve your back bends, bridges etc. - this is the class for you!

Contortion Poses

Pre-requisite: Back Bends

This class is a 30-minute add-on for Intermediate and Advanced Back Bends students who wish to start working towards more challenging contortion poses such as contortion bridges, needlescales, chest stands etc. It is mandatory to attend the Back Bends class ajoining Contortion Poses as a warm up to ensure safe stretch practice.

Open Practice

Pre-requisite: Fundamentals

Have a list of moves you wish to perfect or have the urge to train on your own? Open Practice allows you the time to train moves learnt in class at your own pace. Open Practice does not have the assistance of an Instructor, therefore students are required to perform an efficient full body warm up before commening pole practice.
